Support sample preparation, test units, demonstration units and replacement units when required.
Maintain simple readiness records showing what has been checked, who checked it and when it was released.
Keep the pre-ship QA area organised so products are clearly separated as pending, passed, failed or awaiting information.

Pack chargers, cables, accessories and documentation securely and professionally for courier, pallet or collection dispatch.
Book shipments and collections using the agreed courier, freight or supplier systems.

Support the improvement of simple checklists, labels and packing instructions based on practical experience.
Workspace, tools and safety
Keep the technical operations, packing, test and goods-in areas clean, tidy and safe.
Use tools, test equipment and packing equipment only as trained and in line with safety instructions.
Follow manual-handling guidance and raise concerns if items, pallets or packaging require additional support.
Identify damaged goods, unsafe packaging, missing parts or equipment issues before they create customer problems.
Support a culture of careful handling, accurate checks and right-first-time dispatch.
Follow company procedures for health and safety, electrical safety, ESD control where applicable and housekeeping.
