Your warranty covers all defects in materials and charging performance when installed and used in line with our official guidelines.
If an issue arises within this period, our team will repair or replace your charger free of charge, ensuring you stay powered and protected.

To make sure you’re fully covered, please register your charger when you sign up or activate your account. Registration links your serial number and installation details, allowing us to support you quickly and effectively whenever you need it.

Note Regarding Workmanship Guarantees

Installation workmanship — including cabling, electrical connections and fitting — is covered separately by your installing company under their own terms and conditions. Please refer to their warranty documentation for details of your installation coverage.
